Motor – in addition to our motor insurance cover we can also include breakdown cover, excess protection, legal expenses, like for like courtesy cars, and gap cover meaning you will be covered for your car’s original value in the event of a write-off.

Home and Contents – in addition we can offer Home emergency cover, family legal cover, and personal possessions cover, including global cover for your possessions when you are away from home.

Annual travel insurance – medical and repatriation expenses, personal possessions, baggage, money and passport cover, and travel delay, cancellation, and abandonment cover.

Clare joined James Hallam in 2022 as a team manager and was more recently promoted to Divisional Director for the newly formed Personal Lines Division taking on responsibility for the whole personal lines business.  Previously Clare worked for a local independent broker for 21 years dealing with all aspects of general insurance.  Clare is extremely passionate about general insurance and ensuring that our clients existing and new receive great service and advice.

Claire joined James Hallam in January 2023 as a team manager for our specialist team that handles beach huts, shepherds’ huts, holiday homes and other specialist areas in Personal lines. Claire previously worked for a leading direct insurer for 18 years, where she managed a large personal lines team and spent 3 years working in learning and capability aspect, so has a passion for building and developing her team to deliver the best possible customer experience.
