Our normal Claims office hours are: Monday to Friday – 09:00 to 17:00

For our out of hours motor claims reporting service, please call 01522 301703.

If you need to make a non-motor claim and we are not open, please contact your insurance company directly. Information regarding how to make a claim will be in your policy documents but we also have contact details for the major insurers on our website: Emergency Claims Contact Details.
