Andrew Dischamps

Andy joined James Hallam in December 2014 specifically to head up the Real Estate Division. His career in insurance spans over 35 years from starting out at an insurer, Sun Alliance, before becoming a broker in 1989. With broad experience in all classes of insurance including Construction, Andy specialises in the Property Owners sector and is focused on meeting clients and building strong relationships.

Andy is a keen cricketer and captains his local team. He also enjoys watching football and helping out at his son’s team, going to the gym, travelling and socialising with friends.

Paul Stenning

Client Director

Paul has worked in the commercial insurance industry for 36 years, specialising in the real estate insurance sector for the past 28 years. He is a hard-working, conscientious individual who strongly believes that quality of service is key to both winning and maintaining client business in an environment that depends on a team ethos.

Paul has extensive experience of conventional real estate disciplines and construction related covers including Property Owners (commercial and residential – single, multiple and mixed portfolio), Contract Works, Rights of Light Indemnity and other Legal Indemnity classes, Directors & Officers Liability, Engineering and Terrorism.

Outside of work, Paul likes to spend time with his family and two dogs. When spare time allows, he is a keen supporter of Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club and has been a drummer for some 40 plus years, and still enjoys performing regularly with several local bands.
