Colin has been working in the insurance industry for over 40 years as both an underwriter and more latterly as a broker so is able to talk in a language that insurers understand when seeking best value quotes for his many council clients.

Colin joined WPS (now James Hallam) back in 2010 and was soon involved with their council scheme and started to attend the various sector related conferences. More recently drawing on his many years experience in the sector he has become Local Council Scheme Manager to ensure James Hallam Council Guard remain one of the foremost providers in the sector.
