Neil Campbell

Neil has over 30 years insurance experience working for both multinational insurers and brokers. In 2008 he established CCRS Brokers Ltd building the business into the leading independent corporate insurance brokers in Scotland before becoming part of the James Hallam family in 2022. Neil also has a strong interest in innovation and established an insurtech business The Digital Broker which standardises and digitises the data capture and marketing process for mid-market commercial insurance.

Chris Spencer

Divisional Director – South West region

Chris joined James Hallam in June 2023 as Divisional Director for South West Corporate.  Chris has over 17 years experience in the insurance broking industry, supporting clients in the region with their insurance requirements across a variety of trades and niches.  Prior to joining James Hallam, his additional responsibilities included sales development management, and roles in financial services in the Midlands, where he began his career with NFU Mutual.

Scott Campbell

Divisional Director

Scott joined James Hallam in 2022 following the acquisition of Broker Scotland that he co-founded in 2013. Prior to this Scott has spent his 30 years in the insurance world in a variety of underwriting, broker and account executive roles that started in the 1990s with a junior commercial underwriting role in the General Accident. In recent years, Scott engaged in business development and the servicing of existing clients predominantly in the construction and real estate sectors.
