We have provided our expert services for a variety of contractors including roofers, civil engineers, groundworkers, builders, electricians, scaffolders and plumbers. We have also arranged cover for specialists in demolition, asbestos removal, heating, ventilation and mechanical services.

Andrew Dischamps

Divisional Director

Andy joined James Hallam in December 2014 specifically to head up the Real Estate Division. His career in insurance spans over 35 years from starting out at an insurer, Sun Alliance, before becoming a broker in 1989. With broad experience in all classes of insurance including Construction, Andy specialises in the Property Owners sector and is focused on meeting clients and building strong relationships.

Andy is a keen cricketer and captains his local team. He also enjoys watching football and helping out at his son’s team, going to the gym, travelling and socialising with friends.
