Protecting your property, guests and revenue streams
In the diverse landscape of hospitality, safeguarding your property, guests, and revenue streams is vital for the sustained success of your business. At James Hallam Insurance Brokers we offer tailored insurance solutions designed to mitigate risks and provide peace of mind for various hospitality establishments, including guesthouses, boutique hotels, Airbnb rentals, and motels.
Property Protection: Our insurance policies include full theft cover to protect your valuable assets, ensuring that your property is safeguarded against theft or burglary. Whether it is expensive furnishings, equipment, or inventory, you can rest assured your property is adequately protected.
Public and Products Liability: Accidents can happen, and liability claims can pose significant financial risks to your business. Our insurance includes public and products liability cover, providing financial protection in the event of third-party claims for bodily injury or property damage occurring on your premises or as a result of your operations.
Business Interruption Cover: Unexpected disruptions to your operations, such as fire, natural disasters, or equipment breakdowns, can result in lost revenue and increased expenses. Our 24-month business interruption cover ensures that you receive financial support for ongoing expenses, lost revenue, and the costs associated with temporary closure or relocation.
Average Free Buildings Insurance Cover: Protecting your hotel building against damage or loss is essential for maintaining the integrity of your business. Average free buildings insurance cover provides comprehensive protection against perils such as fire, vandalism, and natural disasters, ensuring that your property is adequately insured.
Seasonal Increase: Seasonal fluctuations in demand can impact your business operations and revenue streams. Our insurance policies can offer seasonal increase coverage to account for variations in occupancy levels and revenue during peak and off-peak seasons, ensuring that you are adequately protected year-round.
Loss of Attraction: Events or circumstances beyond your control, such as nearby construction projects or natural disasters, can affect the attractiveness of your hotel to potential guests. Loss of attraction coverage provides financial protection for lost revenue resulting from a decline in guest bookings due to external factors.
Illness Outbreak: In the event of a specified illness outbreak among your guests or staff, our insurance policies offer coverage for related expenses, including medical costs, quarantine measures, and loss of revenue due to decreased bookings or cancellations.
Loss of Public Utilities: Disruptions to essential services such as water, electricity, or gas can impact your ability to operate your hotel smoothly. Our insurance includes coverage for loss of public utilities, providing financial support for expenses incurred during temporary service outages.
Employee Lottery Win: Unexpected windfalls, such as an employee winning the lottery, can present unique challenges for your business. Insurance policies can offer coverage for employee lottery wins, ensuring that you’re financially prepared to handle any related expenses or disruptions to your operations.
Employee Dishonesty Cover: Unfortunately, employee dishonesty or theft can occur in any business. Our insurance provides coverage for losses resulting from employee dishonesty, offering financial protection against theft, fraud, or embezzlement by your staff.
Additional Increased Cost of Working: In the event of a covered loss or disruption to your operations, our insurance policies offer coverage for additional increased costs of working, including expenses incurred to minimise the impact on your business and maintain continuity of operations.
Alternative Accommodation: If your hotel becomes uninhabitable due to a covered event, such as a fire or natural disaster, our insurance policies offer coverage for alternative accommodation expenses for displaced guests, ensuring that they are accommodated elsewhere while repairs are underway.
