Rob joined James Hallam in 2018 to set-up and lead their Healthcare & Protection division, focusing on Employee Benefits, bringing with him a wealth of insurer and broking experience. Having entered this specialist insurance sector in 2001 with Aviva Health, before moving into the Broking space in 2007, Rob has held senior management and leadership roles within the industry, developing an enviable knowledge base across Group Private Medical and Group Risk markets for UK and International clients.
